LATE UPDATE:St John Institution Science and Mathematics week,Tamil and Vaisakhi Celebrations and 'Talk Less Code More' Programme
Hello guys.We are back for the 13th week update.
The Science and Mathematics week that held between Monday(11th April) until Friday(15th April) had been launched by Puan Norrizan Bt Junus,The Senior Assistant in Administration and Curriculum.Among the event held on this week are science's exhibition,portable cooking competition(form 2 only) and robotic exhibition.Our aim for this event is to explain science and mathematics so that the students understand with more detail.
On Friday (15th April), the Tamil New Year and Vaisakhi Celebration was held in St. John's Institution. Everyone spectate the traditional Indian and peacock dances.the celebration kick start at 7.30 a.m and ended at 9.20 a.m .
ICT Unit and Computer Club St. John Institution had organize programme "Talk Less Code More" in SJI on 16 April 2016.This programme had been presented by SC Kim.The programme aims to nurture and train the students to explore the science and basic coding or coding starting from the school level. This program will be an extension of the program "Brewing with Android" which was held last year. In this program students will be exposed to the basic coding HTML / HTML Coding which is also fundamental to all the world website.That's all for this week update.Thank you for reading and see you again for the next update!
